Refund Policy
We have a no return policy as each product is made to order.
Each crystal that you receive from us becomes your as soon as you purchase it and hence cannot be used by anyone else. That being said, we cannot take back any crystal products as they will carry your own energies and cannot be shared with our other clients.
Damages and issues
In case you face any issues with your order, contact us immediately stating if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ensure prompt assistance, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your claims. We can then issue an exchange for your order or provide you with store credits equaling to the amount of your order.
