What is the processing time for my order?
On placing an order with us, allow us a time of 1-5 days of processing to get your order shipped.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. Shipping charges applicable for COD orders will be 150. Please note, COD is not available for customized orders.

How do I place a COD order?
Add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option, and confirm your order. Please note, you will have to pay the full order amount (including COD charges) to the delivery executive.

Why am I not able to place a COD order anymore?
For COD orders, you will need to pay the full order amount (including COD charges) to the delivery executive. In rare instances where we couldn't get a response when confirming a COD order, or if the package was returned due to refusal or lack of response, we regret that we will no longer be able to accept COD orders from you. However, you are welcome to place a prepaid order.

When will my order get delivered?
Orders usually get delivered in 3-15 days once shipped. The exact duration varies for each order and delivery location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you can track it in the orders section of your account, the chat box located at the lower right side of our website, OR through the tracking link that will be sent to your email.

Through which courier partner will my order be delivered?
We use trusted third party logistics partners like Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, etc. to get your orders delivered to your doorstep.

I was not available when delivery was attempted. Will my parcel be returned back?
Our delivery partners attempt delivery thrice before sending it back to us. You can let them know when you will be available and they will reattempt the delivery then.

My package is lost in transit. What should I do?
In case your package is lost in transit, please let us know and we will reship your order.

My package is being returned back to source. What should I do?
In case your package is being returned to us after three delivery attempts, we can reship your order. You will have to bear shipping costs of ₹100 (Prepaid)/₹150 (COD) for the same. Please contact us for the payment procedure.

I want to cancel my order. What is the process?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to us before it is fulfilled from our end. No cancellation requests will be entertained once the order is fulfilled.

What are your return policies?
Currently, we do not accept any returns. Please check our complete policies here. 

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us a package opening video and pictures of the damage. Please check the guidelines here.

Do I have to pay anything to the courier partner?
If your order is prepaid, you do not have to pay anything to the delivery executive. However, if you have chosen Cash On Delivery (COD) while placing the order, you will have to pay the full order amount to the delivery executive.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support before your order is fulfilled. We'll do our best to accommodate the change. If you contact us after the order is shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and then reship it. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs of ₹100 (Prepaid)/₹150 (COD) for the same.

Can I add or remove items from my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. You may reach out to us to cancel the existing order (before it is fulfilled) and then create a new order with the desired items.

What happens if I accidentally placed duplicate orders?
Please contact our customer support immediately. We will help you cancel or adjust the duplicate orders to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I change the courier partner for my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific courier partner requests. We select the courier partner based on factors such as location and efficiency to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
In rare cases where an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

What measures do you take to ensure the safety of my payment information?
We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your payment information. Your details and personal information are encrypted and securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers that can be used for purchases?
Yes, we offer gift cards or vouchers that can be used as a payment method during checkout. You can purchase and send them to friends and family for special occasions.
