A Gua sha is a hand-crafted facial massage tool that gently stimulates circulation to help relieve facial tension and reduce the appearance of puffiness. It soothes your skin and aids lymphatic flow.
How to use a Gua sha?
1. Clean your face
2. Apply a serum, face oil or a moisturiser of your choice
3. Place the heart shaped side on the centre of your chin and gently 'scrape' upwards towards your ear.
4. Put the heart shape on top of cheeks, and pull upwards away.
5. Then, scrape from the centre of the forehead upwards.
6. Finish by pulling the tool down the neck, from under the earlobe down to the collar bone.
Amethyst Gua sha colours range between light and deep dark purple.
Best for oily skin.
