Return/Exchange Policy

We have a no return policy as each product is made to order.

Once you make a purchase, each crystal, gemstone, or piece of jewelry becomes exclusively yours, as it absorbs your energy and cannot be utilized by others. Hence, we do not accept any returns.


Damages and issues
In case you face any issues with your order, contact us immediately stating if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ensure prompt assistance, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your claims. We can then issue an exchange for your order or provide you with store credits equaling to the amount of your order.
